Infants have a keen social grasp on their interactions with parents and caregivers. They can detect emotion through facial features and learn to trust or mistrust based on their caregivers smallest facial expression. 

Your child is learning to express bias based on simple facial expressions or lack there of. Be aware of your own reactions to certain situations and/or people. Your child will be aware and it will determine how they respond in the future.
